A high limit bean temperature control instrument on the
panel of our
roasters will automatically stop the heating, when the "set"
bean
temperature is reached. Thus you have excellent reproducibility on
degrees of roast without continuous visual sampling of the roasting
beans,
and this makes it easy to reproduce the desired degree of roast at any
time.
