• EXTRACTION SYSTEM: Producing 4 gal/hr 9^o Brix at 0.75 lbs R&G per liter. Purchase includes training and manual.     Order sample extract: $20 for 2 liters plus shipping and handling.
• All our roasters use the hot air fluid bed principle which have many advantages over older traditional obsolete drum roasting.
• A high limit bean temperature control instrument on the panel of our roasters will automatically stop the heating, when the "set" bean temperature is reached. Thus you have excellent reproducibility on degrees of roast without continuous visual sampling of the roasting beans, and this makes it easy to reproduce the desired degree of roast at any time.

We provide schooling in how to purchase green coffees, sampling, cupping, brokerage, storage, transport, & properties of origins. By Appointment--$800 per day, 3 persons maximum.

We provide a wide range of advisory services in several coffee process areas.

1. Instant coffee processing, plant design and operations. Agglomeration.
2. Tasting your products and your competitor's products.
3. Advice on effective preservation of roast beans & R&G packaging.
4. Design & operation of roasting, cooling, de-stoning & instrumentation and quality control systems.
5. We can analyze your packaged coffees for O₂/CO₂ content and taste.

It is important to know that you are dealing with a chemical engineer who has over 40 years of industrial coffee experience in the USA and abroad, and that you can pick up the phone and discuss your problems and concerns.
